CHOICE AWARD – MAXIMUM VALUE 500 euro
Campaign Rules “Register and participate in Daedalus Online surveys and you can win a prize of up to 500 euros!”
Art. 1. Contest Organizer:
The organizer of the contest is the company SC Daedalus New Media Research SRL based in Bucharest, Cal. Floreasca Nr 169, sector 2, CUI: 25606569, registered in the Trade Register under. J40 / 6306 / 27.05.2009, account Account RO36INGB0000999902012334, opened at ING Bank, Bucharest, ROMANIA, represented by Laurentiu Serghie with the position of Administrator. The contest will take place according to the provisions of this regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations, but not before notifying the public in advance.
Art. 2. Duration and area of the contest:
The contest period will be January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022. The contest takes place exclusively in Romania, Croatia, and Hungary.
Art. 3. Right of participation:
This contest is open to all individuals with Romanian, Croatian, and Hungarian citizenship who are at least 18 years old at the start of the contest, domicile in Romania, , Croatia, and Hungary, who are registered in the Daedalus Online panel and meet the other conditions provided by this regulation. Daedalus New Media Research employees, as well as any other persons directly related to this contest, may not participate in this contest.
Art. 4. Development mechanism
Contest theme: Register and participate in Daedalus Online surveys and you can win a prize of up to 500 euros!
Daedalus Online offers a winner a chance to choose one (1) of the prizes listed below:
- a PS4 – maximum value 500 euros;
- an electric scooter – maximum value 500 euros;
- a TV – maximum value 500 euros;
- a smartwatch; a Home Cinema system – maximum value 500 euros.
In order to participate in the contest, users must meet the following conditions:
- sign up for the Daedalus Online panel
- to confirm your Daedalus Online account.
- to be Romanian citizens, residing in Romania, Croatia, and Hungary.
- be at least 18 years old.
- to respond to at least 1 invitation to the surveys received from Daedalus Online during the campaign period (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022).
A participant will have the right to participate from a single account. If the Organizer identifies several accounts as belonging to the same participant, he reserves the right to cancel both his accounts and his participations.
The winner will be contacted by email and his name will be displayed on the site after receiving the prize.
Art. 5. The contest prize and its award:
Within the contest, 1 annual prize of 500 euros will be awarded – the winner has the right to choose one (1) of the prizes mentioned below:
- a PS4 – maximum value 500 euros;
- an electric scooter – maximum value 500 euros;
- a TV – maximum value 500 euros;
- a smartwatch; a Home Cinema system – maximum value 500 euros.
The value of the prize will not exceed the amount of 500 euros.
The tax related to the prize will be fully borne by the Organizer. The organizer will not award the winner the cash value of the prize. The winner of the Campaign will not be able to claim other prizes than the one provided in the regulations.
Art.6. Designation of the winner
- The designation of the winner will be made by drawing lots on January 4, 2023.
- The organizer has the obligation to announce the winner by email on the day of the draw.
- The organizer will try to email the winner a maximum of 3 times.
- If the winner has not claimed the prize (has not responded to the email, refuses the prize or does not comply with the conditions and deadlines imposed by this regulation, etc.) within 10 days of the last notification, he is considered an invalid winner and will loses any right to the prize won. The unclaimed prize will be available for the next winner drawn by lot.
Article 7. Apple
We explicitly state that Apple is not involved in this contest and is not a sponsor.
Article 8. Litigation
In case of potential disputes between the organizer and the contest participants, they will be settled amicably. If it is not possible to resolve the disputes amicably, the parties involved will submit the dispute for settlement to the competent Romanian courts.
Art. 9. Campaign regulations
These terms are free of charge to any participant on the https://www.daedalusonline.eu/web/en/ website.
Art. 10. Taxes and Fees
The organizer undertakes to bear the tax due for the income consisting of the prize obtained by the winner as a result of this campaign, in accordance with the provisions of the Fiscal Code, any other obligations of a fiscal nature or any other nature, in connection with this, being in charge exclusive of the winner.
