Monthly Contest – Monthly Raffle
Regulations
Art. 1. Contest organizer:
The organizer of the contest is the company SC Daedalus New Media Research SRL based in Bucharest, Cal. Floreasca Nr 169, sector 2, CUI: 25606569, registered in the Trade Register under. J40 / 6306 / 27.05.2009, account Account RO36INGB0000999902012334, opened at ING BANK, Bucharest, ROMANIA, represented by Laurentiu Serghie with the position of Administrator.
The contest will take place according to the provisions of this regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. The organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations.
Art. 2. Duration and area of the contest:
The contest period will be January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022. The contest takes place exclusively in Romania, Croatia, and Hungary.
Art. 3. Right of participation:
This contest is open to all individuals with Romanian, Croatian, and Hungarian citizenship who are at least 16 years old at the start of the contest, domicile in Romania, Croatia, and Hungary, who are registered in the Daedalus Online panel, and meet the other conditions set out in this regulation.
Daedalus New Media Research employees, as well as any other persons directly related to this contest, may not participate in this contest.
Art. 4. Development mechanism:
Contest theme: Participate in the Daedalus Online polls and you can win one of the five (5) prizes worth 30 euros each.
In order to participate in the contest, users must meet the following conditions:
- Be part of the Daedalus Online panel.
- To be Romanian, Croatian, and Hungarian citizens, residing in Romania, Croatia, and Hungary.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Respond to at least one survey invitation received from Daedalus Online during the month of the contest.
A participant will have the right to participate from a single account. If the Organizer identifies several accounts as belonging to the same participant, he reserves the right to cancel both his accounts and his participations.
The winners will be contacted by email and their names will be displayed on the site.
Art. 5. Contest prizes and their award:
Within the contest, five (5) prizes worth 30 euros each will be awarded monthly.
The winners will receive the prize (30 euros) in their bank account.
Art.6. Designation of winners:
- The winners will be chosen by drawing lots on the first working day of the following month for the current month.
- The organizer has the obligation to announce the winners by email on the day of the draw.
- The organizer will try to contact the winners by email up to 3 times.
- If some of these winners do not claim their prize (did not reply to the email, refuse the prize, or do not comply with the conditions and deadlines imposed by this regulation, etc.) within 10 days of the last notification, they are considered winners. invalidated and will lose any right to the prize won. Unclaimed prizes will be available to the next winners drawn by lot.
Article 7. Apple:
We explicitly state that Apple is not involved in this contest and is not a sponsor.
Article 8. Litigation:
In case of potential disputes between the organizer and the contest participants, they will be settled amicably. If it is not possible to resolve the disputes amicably, the parties involved will submit the dispute for settlement to the competent Romanian courts.
Art. 9. Promotion regulations:
These terms are free of charge to any participant on the https://www.daedalusonline.eu/web/en/ website.
Art. 10. Taxes and Fees:
The organizer undertakes to bear the tax due for the income consisting of the prizes obtained by the winners as a result of this campaign, in accordance with the provisions of the Fiscal Code, any other obligations of a fiscal nature or of any other nature, in connection with this, being in charge exclusive of the winners.
